Virginia M. Keesling

Virginia was born at home in Augusta, Michigan to Bessie (Marvin) Gifford and Clayton Elyhu Gifford on October 30, 1919. She died at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo at the age of 97, on July 14, 2017.Virginia’s eldest son, Jeffrey is deceased. Her son, Jesse Keesling, Jr (wife Marsha), her daughter, Suzanne Anderson (husband Dan) and daughter Cynthia Carpenter (husband Rondy) survive. There are also 11 surviving grandchildren and 18 surviving great-grandchildren. The family is honoring her memory with a Memorial Service at the East Main Church of Christ at 2528 East Main, Kalamazoo, MI on July 22, 2017, at 5 PM. Those with memories of Virginia are welcome to attend and join her family at this memorial.
