Valarie Jean Wood

Valarie Jean Wood passed away December 25, 2017 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She was born to Arthur and Claudine (Menken) Krause December 21, 1950 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Valarie worked for the US Post Office as a mail clerk for several years.  She is survived by her daughter Diana Wood; son-in-law Matthew Dekker; grandson Tyler Hammond; Other Daughters Michelle and Melissa Hammel; brothers Michael Krause, and Victor Morrow; Sisters by Love Diana Birdsall, Deb Martin, and Ruth Ann Whitney. Family will hold a private service at a later date.
