Suzanne Rose Paradine

Suzanne Rose Paradine (Parrish) passed away Tuesday July 3, 2018 at Borgess Gardens. Sue was born May 14, 1936 in Royal Oak, MI. Her parents were Ruben and Irene Grein who preceded her in death, also preceding her were two husbands, Charles Rorick and David Paradine and a brother Chuck Grein. As Sue was growing up in Bay City, MI she spent many happy summers with her parents at their summer home up in Big Creek near Mio, MI. Sue was an accomplished pianist and was Bay City Central’s Music Club President during Jr and Sr year in high school. Her best friend Sylvia Ghainer, always kept her laughing. After graduation in 1956, she worked in retail at Jacobson’s downtown Kalamazoo for most of her adult life. She raised two children, Brian Mosher and Jody (Steve) Pyne. She is the grandmother of Steven and Ryan Pyne, Bailey, Caitlyn and Abigail Mosher. She also has three step-children and seven step-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 2:30 pm Wednesday July 11, 2018 at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to SPCA.
