Shirley Ann Lough

Shirley Lough 87 of Kalamazoo passed away Monday November 14, 2022 at Alamo Nursing Home. She was born April 15, 1935 in Bloomingdale the daughter of Abel and Harriet (Miller) Floy. Shirley was employed by Vermulen’s Furniture then for Gilmore’s Department Store and she enjoyed crocheting, knitting and sewing. On January 7, 1955 in Kalamazoo Shirley was united in marriage to Samuel Lough who preceded her in death in 2003. Also preceding her in death are a daughter, Sherry Sweet; brother, Ronald Miller. Surviving are two children, Lorie (Kenneth) Ward, Brian (Neva) Lough; step-daughter, Joyce Stewart; brother, James Miller; sister, Janet Niebeor; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. Friends will be received 9:30 am to 10:30 am Monday November 21, 2022 at Redmond Funeral Home, Kalamazoo. A Memorial service will be held 11 am Monday at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
