Pamela Dolnik passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at home. Pamela was born March 12, 1956 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky to Robert Keech and Barbara (Flora) Keech. She graduated from Parchment High School in 1974. She retired from Meijer Gull Road after 33 years in customer service where she seemed to know everyone in Kalamazoo. Pamela was a fun loving, adventurous, vibrant mother who embodied the spirit of giving, love and service to others. She loved being a grandmother. She enjoyed painting, attending concerts, traveling, baking cookies, collecting cute moose and supporting her favorite baseball team the Kalamazoo Growlers with her grand children. Pamela volunteered in her church, the local schools and had many friends who she enjoyed visiting. She is preceded in death by her parents and her close high school friend, Thomas Washington Lipsey III, who was KIA in Vietnam. Surviving are her three children Rhonda (Jeremy) Widener, Ronnie (Amanda) Dolnik, Robert (Kim) Dolnik; her grandchildren Rebecca, Aurora, Miles and Hazel; her sisters Terry Bailey, Karen Hoffman and Lois Bobchin; along with several nephews and nieces whom she was close to. She is also mourned by her sweet rescue pitbull Tamara. A private family memorial service was held on February 13, 2021. A celebration of life will be held in summer 2021.
