Demetris Tre'vaun Dyer

Demetris Tre’vaun “Meech” Dyer was born on May 1st, 1992 to loving parents, Trina Lopez and Ahru Dyer. Meech was born in Hayward, California, but spent the majority of his years in Kalamazoo, Michigan. As a child, Meech loved all sports but baseball and basketball were his sports. He was very competitive– he hated to lose. He had a love for music, rapping and making videos. Everyone that knows Meech knows that he loved the ladies; he was always the biggest flirt. Meech was loved by many, near and far; he was always a social person from a young age. His sweet, cheek kisses will forever be missed. He had an infectious, one of a kind laugh that can never be forgotten. He loved spending time with his family; his children, especially. Our Meech left us on August 8th, 2023.

He is survived by his five children: Demetris Jr. “Lil Meech” and Ahnalise (Alexis); Ava (Rachel); Dametria “Baby Meech” (Dametria); Harmony (Shomecca). He also leaves behind his parents; Trina Lopez; Ahru Dyer; grandmother Mytoya Dyer; grandfather Jesse Lopez; siblings, De’Shawn Dyer; Cristell Davis; Leilani and Jelani Dyer;. His “Antie love” Rita Renee Lopez; Aunty Mona, Tajrea and Iesha along with several other special relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ronald Dyer and “Nana” Mary Lopez.
