Carolyn Ann Reilly

Carolyn Ann Reilly, age 73, of Richland, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on November 20, 2024. Born on March 30, 1951, Carolyn was the cherished daughter of William and Jane (Ross) Reilly.

A proud graduate of Marian High School Bloomfield Hills, Carolyn pursued her passion for helping others by attending nursing school in Nile’s and earning her Registered Nursing License, then going on to earn her BSN from Nazareth College Kalamazoo. She dedicated her career to serving others in many rolls in the nursing field mostly in radiology and as a traveling RN, bringing care and compassion to countless patients. She finished her career as a nurse case manager before retiring in 2023. 

Carolyn was a member of Saint Ann Catholic Church of Gull Lake and enjoyed the camaraderie of her local Euchre club. She was an avid fan of all things Disney and Notre Dame football, passions she shared enthusiastically with those around her. In her free time, she found joy in traveling, gardening, and spending time with her beloved cat, Lucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Jane Reilly. Carolyn is survived by her loving son, Keith Conover of Winter Garden, Florida; her sisters, Cathy (Mike) Olsen of Michigan and Janie Reilly of Arizona; her nephews, Eric and Marc Olsen; her cousin, Pam Devino; and her granddaughter, Emily.

A celebration of Carolyn’s life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kalamazoo Humane Society or Centrica Care Navigators in her honor.
