Alice Marie Cox

Alice Marie Cox, 83 of Galesburg Michigan, passed away on August 23, 2020 in Ascension Borgess Hospital. Alice was born in Battle Creek to Luther and Della Marie (Mosur) Carroll on November 20, 1936. She went to high school at Battle Creek Central and graduated in 1954. She worked as a baker for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed teaching Sunday School and attending church services at Word of Life Church. Alice is survived by; her sister, Martha McKelvey, many grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her three sons: Raymond, Danny, and Timothy Bender; her brothers: Louis N. Carroll and Larry D. Carroll; and her sister Virginia E. Bailey. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
