Leonarda Angela Lemaire

Leonarda A. Lemaire of Kalamazoo formerly of Terre Haute, IN passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Park Place Assisted Living. Leonarda was born May 9, 1945 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Peter and Giovanna (Mossa) Davitto, she was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Terre Haute. Leonarda studied floral design in Chicago and will be remembered for her excellent cooking and painting. Surviving are her three children; Piper (James) Raab of Allegan, Laura Lemaire of Portage, Alfred (Jill) Lemaire of Allegan; brother, Peter Davitto of Clarksville, GA; four grandchildren; Rebecca, Walter, Giovanna, Tara. She was preceded in death by a sister Ilene Frank. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Federation of the Blind.
