Ashley Nicole Harris

Ashley Nicole Harris of Bangor Twp. Passed away at Bronson Methodist Hospital Monday, January 23, 2017 the daughter of Jodi L. Forker and Jodi M. (Streit) Forker of Paw Paw. Ashley graduated from Adrian College and was attending Michigan State University and attended St. Basil Church in South Haven, formerly attended St. Monica Catholic Church in Kalamazoo. She was a social worker for the Department of Human Services in Van Buren County. She enjoyed coloring and she loved ducks. Ashey is survived by her husband Jesse O. Harris of Bangor, her daughter, Raeleigh Harris of Bangor, her son, Jesse Harris Jr. of Bangor, her parents; Jodi L. Forker & Jodi M. (Streit) Forker of Paw Paw, her maternal grandmother, June Streit of Bangor, her paternal grandparents, Harold and Susan Forker of Lawton, her 3 sisters; Lindsey Forker of Virginia, Isabella Forker of Paw Paw, Kha Leya Forker of Paw Paw, and several aunts and uncles. Friends will be received at Redmond Funeral Home in Kalamazoo on Thursday January 26, from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm where a rosary will be recited at 7:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Monica Catholic Church on Friday January 27, at 10am followed by a precession to Grand Junction Cemetery in Columbia Twp.  Memorials may be made to the Bangor Fire Dept. or Catholic Charities www.redmondfuneralhomes.net
