Laura Lou Guarino

Laura L. Guarino of Kalamazoo passed away October 25, 2016. Laura was born in Rochester, MI on December 7, 1963 the daughter of Dennis and Gloria (Carie) Gladstone. Laura spent the majority of her life as a devoted mother and wife that for a time worked in Food Service at St. Augustine school in the service of her children and the children of St. Augustine's. She was a member of St. Augustine Cathedral. She is survived by her husband James whom she married July 14, 1989, Children: James II, Connor, Colin, Quintin and Allysia all of Kalamazoo, 1 granddaughter Lydiana, Sisters: Denise Gladstone of Rochester, MI and Deborah Gladstone-Elmer of Rochester, MI. Friends will be received 5-8 pm Sunday October 30, 2016 at Redmond Funeral Home, 4100 S. Westnedge Ave. Kalamazoo, MI 49008 (269) 343-6156. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at St. Augustine Cathedral at 9:30 am Msgr. Michael Osborn celebrant. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. www.redmondfuneralhomes.net
