Marino Mario Marini

Marino M. Marini passed away, Saturday April 30, 2016 at Bronson Commons. Marino was born July 28, 1917 in Belle Vernon, PA the son of Amos and Paulina Marini. He first worked as a foreman for Victoria Coal Co. then retired after 22 years in construction as a brick mason. He was a member of St. Innocent Russian Orthodox Church in Detroit. In 1940 Marino was united in marriage to the former Mildred Relich who preceded him in death on Oct. 22, 2008. Also preceding him in death are two sons, Melvin and Matthew Marini; two brothers, Edmund and Fosco Tintori and a sister, Eva Tonarelli. Surviving are two daughters, Marilyn (Ron) Farber of Portage, Monica (Thomas) Marini-Bell of Portage; four grandchildren, Andrea, Paul, Alisha, & Andrew. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated 11 am Monday, May 16, 2016 at St. Monica Catholic Church. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
