Dale A. Rowe of Parchment passed away Saturday April 9, 2016 at The Springs at the Fountains. Dale was born February 7, 1937; he was a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Mable (Porter) Rowe and his wife Deloris Davidson-Rowe. Surviving are a daughter, Renee Dalton of Tustin; two sons, Scott (Mary) Rowe of Vicksburg, Eric (Bernice ann) Rowe of Parchment; four granddaughters, Amanda, Jennifer, Karrie, and Madeline; two great-granddaughters, Savannah Gail and Kaylee Lynn Stone.
