Dorothy M. Cutrer passed away Tuesday December 15, 2015 at Royalton Manor in St. Joseph. Dorothy was born December 1, 1923 in New Orleans, LA the daughter of James and Josephine (Russo) Bouis. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in New Orleans. She was united in marriage to Louis Jerry Cutrer who preceded her in death in 1991. Also preceding her is a son, Kendall Cutrer; two brothers, James and Edward Bouis. Surviving is a son Kevin Cutrer; godchildren, Cathy, Charles, Edward, Terri Lynn, & Erica. Graveside services will be 11 am Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Greenwood Cemetery, New Orleans, LA. Arrangements by Redmond Funeral Home, 4100 S.
