Ruth C. Gram

Ruth C. Gram of Portage, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Upjohn Community Care Center. Ruth was born June 16, 1921 in Kalamazoo the daughter of Charles and Bernice (Hoadley) Barrett. She attended Davenport University and was employed for Consumers Energy and retired from Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hospital. She was united in marriage to Douglas Bourdeman who preceded her in death in 1943 and then in 1948 she was united in marriage to George Gram who preceded in death in 2006. Surviving are two sons, David (Sue) Gram of Gault, CA, Michael Gromoglou of Kalamazoo; daughter, Karen (Jon) Robyn of Kalamazoo; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Predum in 1991; brother, Charles Barrett; sister, Virginia Voetbury. Graveside services will be held Noon, Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Mt.
