Barbara Jane Miller

Barbara J. Miller of Kalamazoo, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at home. Barbara was born November 1, 1938 the daughter of Marvin and Martha (Smith) Crummel. She graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School, retired from Flowserve and enjoyed bowling, fishing and Bingo. On June 1, 1963 in Kalamazoo Barbara was united in marriage to Larry Miller who preceded her in death on January 1, 1980. Surviving are two daughters, Tracie (Randy) Carter of Mattawan, Wendy Miller of Kalamazoo; three granddaughters; one great-granddaughter; sister, Carol Kingsley of Plainwell and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, George and Charles Yowler, Marvin Crummel; two sisters, Lavinia Fitzpatrick, Virginia Curtis. Friends are being received 11-1 pm, Monday, February 23, 2015 at Redmond Funeral Home, 4100 S. Westnedge Ave. Kalamazoo, MI 49008, (269) 343-6156, where services will be held at 1pm.
