Larry Wilson Lambert

Larry W. Lambert of Scotts, passed away Friday, January 30, 2015 at Borgess Medical Center. Larry was born February 21, 1932 in Plainwell, the son of Carl and Ida (Sweeney) Lambert. He retired from Checker Motors as a press operator. On September 13, 1952 in Stockbridge Larry was united in marriage to the former Wava Jean Fletcher, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Ruth Lambert of Scotts; two brothers, Duane Lambert of Scotts, Dave Lambert of Kalamazoo; two sisters, Terry Stratton of Lawton, Darlene Cobb of Florida; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three sons, Larry, Steven, Dennis Lambert and 10 brothers and sisters. Friends are being received 1-3 pm Friday, Feb. 6, 2015 at Redmond Funeral Home, where services will be held at 3 pm. Interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Live Life Church.
