Donald Merril Webster

Donald M. Webster of Kalamazoo, passed away Monday, August 11, 2014 at Borgess Medical Center. Donald was born March 23, 1922 in South Haven, Twp. The son of Ira and Mabel (Jensen) Webster. He was a WW II veteran serving in the U.S. Army Air Corp. Donald was a member of the Parchment United Methodist Church and retired from Eaton Mfg. in the Quality Control Dept. He was united in marriage to the former Margaret McKinley who preceded him in death in 2010. Surviving are two daughters, JoAnn (Robert) Bird of Holland, Dorothy (Kenneth) Lawrence of Kalamazoo; daughter-in-law, Leigh Webster of Plano, TX; five grandchildren, Jill Webster Price, Janet Hawks, Steven Webster, John Lawrence, and Annie Lawrence ; three great-grandchildren; special friend and caregiver, Skip Little. He was preceded in death by a son Jack Webster in 2012 and a brother Vernon Webster. Friends will be received Saturday 10 -11 am at the Parchment United Methodist Church where services will be held at 11 am.
