Doris Agnes Sleeman

Doris A. Sleeman of Kalamazoo, passed away Saturday July 26, 2014 at home. Doris was born June 5, 1918 in Ionia the daughter of Ray and Gladys (Lane) Howard. She retired from Hardings Market in Kalamazoo. Doris was united in marriage in 1936 in Indiana to William Sleeman who preceded her in death in 1991. She is survived by 2 sons, William Sleeman of Kalamazoo and Jerry (Joyce) Sleeman of Kalamazoo; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Arthur and Larry Sleeman; brother, Chester Howard; 2 sisters, Mary Fox and Dorothy Chamberlin; step-sister, Dorothy Sargent. Cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Arrangement by Redmond Funeral Home, 4100 S.
