Mary Anne Bunda, PhD, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Rose Arbor Hospice. She was born Nov. 5, 1943 in Chicago the daughter of George and Helen (Kornack) Bunda. Dr. Bunda was a member of St. Joseph Church and was professor at WMU in the College of Education. She is survived by a brother, George (Rita) Bunda; 3 nieces, Karen (Mike) Becker, Kathee (Rick) Martin, Sandra (Robert) Kohlhase; 2 nephews, David (Chris) Bunda, James (Susan) Bunda; 10 great nieces & great nephews. A memorial mass will be celebrated Thursday July 24, 2014 at 11:30 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Rev. Msgr. Mike Hazard, Celebrant.
