Shirley Ann Hayward

Shirley Ann Hayward of Kalamazoo passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Borgess Medical Center. Shirley was born April 20, 1936 the daughter of Glenn and Pearl (Sutton) Curtis. She was united in marriage to Robert J. Hayward who preceded her in death. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church. Surviving are 2 daughters, Debra (David) Aukerman of Mattawan, Candi Hayward of Kalamazoo; 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; brother, Glenn (Pat) Curtis of Richland; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Donna Gleesing, Linda Crowell, Kathy Curtis and her oldest granddaughter, Pamela Aukerman. Friends will be received Monday March 24, 2014 from 12 - 1 pm at the Redmond Funeral Home, 4100 S. Westnedge Ave. Kalamazoo, MI 49001 (269) 343-6156.
