Homer E. Osuna of Kalamazoo, passed away Friday, November 22, 2013 at Tendercare, Westwood Nursing Home. Homer was born August 9, 1934 in Harlingen, TX, the son of Julio and Guadeloupe (Hernandez) Osuna. He was united in marriage in 1956 to the former Petra Hernandez-Osuna who preceded him in death in 1979. Surviving are 2 sons, Alfonso Garza and Alonzo (Lucila) Garza all of Kalamazoo; brother, Able Osuna; 5 sisters, Frances, Jane, Helen, Ofelia, and Gloria; 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday from 12 Noon until 2 PM at the Parchment Redmond Funeral Home 2300 East "G" Ave. Parchment, MI 49004, (269) 349-7735. Private services will be held.
