Ellen M. Harris

Ellen M. Harris, of Portage passed away Wednesday October 30, 2013 at Springs at the Fountains. Ellen was born May 22, 1920 in North Tonawanda, NY the daughter of Theophilus And Bertha (Fedders) Berner. She was a member of Milwood United Methodist Church. She was united in marriage to Mark Harris who preceded her in death in 1998. Surviving are a daughter, Linda (Clarence) Satterlee of Portage; 2 sons, Mark (Katherine) Harris of Westerville, OH, John Harris of Leawood, KS; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Florence Huber, Laura Borton and Carol Gebhardt; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Berner and a brother, Roy Berner. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 1, 2013 at 11 AM at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
