Joanne Marie Nottingham

Joanne Marie Nottingham of Portage passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2013 in Kalamazoo. She was born January 7, 1938 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Charles and Amelia (Bremer) Zurawski. She began her career in education as an English teacher at Portage Central High School, then as a psychology professor at Georgia Southwestern State University and the University of Maryland, from which she retired. Joanne is survived by her husband, Jack Nottingham. No visitation or services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
